Summary
These Terms of Service are the agreement between you and Callixe whenever you visit our website or place an order. They explain who can shop with us, how orders are placed and accepted, how pricing and payment work, and your rights and responsibilities as a customer.
In short: by using callixe.store or buying from us you accept these terms; an order is only confirmed once we accept and dispatch it; prices are shown at checkout and may change; returns and delivery are handled under our separate Refund and Shipping Policies; and our products are wellness devices, not medical treatments. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website at callixe.store (the "Site") and your purchase of any products from Callixe ("we," "us," or "our"). Please read them carefully. By accessing the Site, creating an account, or placing an order, you confirm that you accept these Terms and agree to comply with them. If you do not accept them, you should not use the Site or purchase our products.
1. Eligibility
To place an order with us you must be at least 18 years of age, or the age of legal majority in your place of residence, and capable of entering into a legally binding contract. By placing an order you represent that you meet these requirements and that the information you provide is accurate and complete. We reserve the right to refuse service, close accounts, or cancel orders at our discretion where we reasonably believe these conditions are not met.
2. Products and Descriptions
We sell wellness and comfort devices intended for general relaxation and everyday use. We describe each product as accurately as we reasonably can, but descriptions, specifications, and images are provided for guidance and may vary slightly from the item delivered. Our products are non-medical devices and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or condition. 3. Orders and Acceptance
When you place an order through the Site, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products subject to these Terms. After you submit your order you will normally receive an acknowledgement email confirming that we have received it. This acknowledgement does not by itself mean your order has been accepted.
A binding contract between you and Callixe is formed only when we accept your order, which we do when we dispatch the products to you and send confirmation of dispatch. We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order, in whole or in part, before dispatch — for example if the product is unavailable, if there was an error in the price or description, if we are unable to authorise your payment, or if we suspect fraudulent or unauthorised activity. Where we cancel an order for which payment has already been taken, we will issue a full refund.
4. Pricing
All prices are displayed on the Site and at checkout in the currency shown and are subject to change at any time before you place your order. The price applicable to your order is the price displayed at the moment you complete checkout. Prices may or may not include applicable taxes and duties depending on your location; where these are not included, they will be shown separately at checkout or may be collected at the point of delivery in accordance with our Shipping Policy.
We make every effort to ensure prices are correct, but errors can occur. If we discover that a product has been mispriced after you have ordered, we will contact you to let you know and give you the option to reconfirm your order at the correct price or to cancel it for a full refund.
5. Payment
Payment is due at the time you place your order and must be made through one of the payment methods offered at checkout. By submitting payment details you confirm that you are authorised to use the chosen payment method. All payments are processed by secure third-party payment providers; we do not store your full card details on our own systems. If your payment cannot be authorised or is later reversed, we may suspend or cancel your order and any related services.
6. Shipping and Delivery
Delivery of products is handled in accordance with our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Estimated processing and delivery times are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed. Risk of loss or damage passes to you once the products are delivered to the address you provided at checkout.
7. Returns and Refunds
Your rights to return products and receive refunds are set out in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Please review that policy before making a purchase, as it explains the conditions, timeframes, and process that apply to returns, replacements, and refunds.
8. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, restrict, or inhibit anyone else's use of the Site. In particular, you agree not to:
- use the Site in any way that is fraudulent, deceptive, or unlawful;
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site, its servers, or any connected systems;

- place orders using false, stolen, or unauthorised payment details; or
- interfere with, disrupt, or place an unreasonable load on the Site or its infrastructure.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access and to take appropriate action, including reporting to relevant authorities, if you breach this section.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site, including the Callixe brand, logos, text, images, and designs, is owned by or licensed to us and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may use the Site for your personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit any part of the Site without our prior written consent, as further described in our Legal Notice.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability to you in connection with any order or your use of the Site is limited to the amount you paid for the products giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses, or for any loss of profit, revenue, or data. Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded, including for death or personal injury caused by our proven negligence, or for fraud.
11. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold Callixe harmless from any claims, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal costs) arising out of your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Site or products, or your violation of any law or third-party right.
12. Force Majeure
We are not responsible for any failure or delay in performing our obligations where that failure or delay results from events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, extreme weather, strikes, carrier or supplier failures, disruptions to telecommunications or internet services, government actions, or public health emergencies.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may amend these Terms from time to time. The version in force at the time you place an order is the version that applies to that order. Changes take effect once posted on the Site, and your continued use of the Site or placing of new orders after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review this page regularly.
14. Severability and Waiver
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful or unenforceable, that provision will be severed and the remaining provisions will continue in full force. Our failure to enforce any right or provision under these Terms will not be treated as a waiver of that right or provision.
